Our clinic staff and physicians reserve the right to refuse treatment to individuals exhibiting inappropriate behavior. In cases where necessary to ensure safety, our staff is authorized to involve law enforcement.

• Urgency of Visits: Same-day appointments are available for urgent medical needs. Please schedule a phone call or in-person visit for non-urgent issues in the coming days.
• Punctuality: We appreciate your timely arrival for scheduled appointments.
• 24 Hours Cancelation Policy: A $50 fee will be charged for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance or for no-shows
• We kindly request you to ensure you have your health card with you upon arrival for your doctor's appointment.
